This policy explains the general basis on which fees are charged and refunded. The exact fee amounts, due dates and any concessions are set out in the fee schedule provided by the school office and take precedence over the general guidance here.
1. School fees
Fees may include heads such as admission fee, tuition fee, and other applicable charges (e.g. transport, examination, activity). Fees are notified for each academic session and are payable by the due dates communicated by the school office. Late payment may attract a late fee as per school rules.
2. How to pay
- At the school fee counter (cash / cheque / card, as accepted); or
- By UPI / bank transfer to the school's official account or QR code as provided on your fee slip.
Always pay only to the School's official account or counter, and always collect a receipt. The School is not responsible for payments made to any unofficial account or individual.
3. Receipts
An official receipt is issued for every payment. Please keep receipts safely — they are your proof of payment and may be required for admission confirmation, income-tax purposes, or a transfer certificate.
4. Refunds
As a general rule, and subject to the School's final fee schedule:
- The admission/registration fee is normally non-refundable, as it covers one-time processing.
- Tuition and other periodic fees, once the term/period has begun, are generally not refundable.
- Any advance paid for a period not yet commenced may be refundable, in full or in part, at the School's discretion and per its fee rules.
- Duplicate or excess payments made in error will be refunded or adjusted against future fees.

5. How to request a refund
- Submit a written request to the school office with the student's name, class, admission number and the receipt(s) concerned.
- The office will verify the payment and applicable refund rules.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payer, normally to the bank account from which payment was made, within a reasonable period.
6. Payment security & your data
Fee and payment records are personal data and are protected as described in our Privacy Policy. We store financial details securely and share them only as necessary to process payments and meet legal obligations.
